Policy for the Exercise of the Faculty of Withdrawal for sales in Switzerland

The Customer is entitled to a right of withdrawal from the contract within a period of fourteen days from the date of delivery of the goods. Before the end of the withdrawal period, the Customer shall inform Eberhard & Co. SA of its decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by sending, via e-mail, the explicit declaration stating that they intend to exercise such option; this shall be submitted to the e-mail address info@www.eberhard-co-watches.ch. For this purpose, Eberhard & Co. SA provides the Customer with a specific Withdrawal Form, to be submitted according to the above procedures. Shipping costs for the return of the goods are to be borne by the Customer. Eberhard & Co SA shall refund the Customer all payments received from it, excluding any additional costs freely incurred by the Customer, upon receipt of the goods in perfect condition, including the untouched cellophane protective film and following a positive check of the integrity of the goods. Within eight days from such check, Eberhard & Co SA shall either proceed with the refund of the payments made by the Customer or, alternately, if the integrity check on the goods was not successful, send back to the Customer the returned goods, with all expenses borne by the Customer themselves. The integrity check will fail if the value of the goods has been reduced due to excessive tampering by the Customer. The refund shall be made exclusively based on the bank details indicated at the time of order. For sales outside Switzerland, the applicable law is that of the state of habitual residence of the Customer (Art. 120 Federal Act on Private International Law).
