This form allows you to submit a withdrawal request online relating to a contract, a right recognized by current legislation and the General Conditions of Sale.
Submitting the form does not automatically imply recognition of the right to a return or refund, but formally initiates the process.
The Seller will verify:
Compliance with the established deadlines
The correspondence of the order data
The condition and type of the affected products
The presence of any exclusions provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
(customized, perishable goods)
The goods are intact and must not be damaged.
If the right of withdrawal is applicable, it is considered exercised on the date and time of transmission of the declaration, provided it is sent within the established deadline. The automatic confirmation received via email only certifies receipt of the withdrawal request. The Seller will subsequently communicate the instructions for any returns and the refund methods.
